Transportation
General transportation services are provided for low-income persons in need of securing necessary services such as food, prescriptions, and medical care. Priority is given to those age 60 and older or with certain disabilities.
The following items are required to verify eligibility:
- Verification of Social Security Numbers for all household members
- Verification of all income coming into the household (all members age 18 or older) for the past 30 days
- Verification of the need for the service
- Additional items as requested
