Housing & Energy Program Manager
Colquitt County
Location: Moultrie, Corporate Headquarters
Starting Annual Salary Range: $24,000 - $28,000 plus benefits
Work Hours:
M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Manage 35-40 housing renovation projects annually.
Coordinate housing renovation activities with clients, contractors, local, and
state agencies.
Education/Experience:
Possess good written and oral skills, strong math background and computer
skills, basic knowledge of housing construction.
High school graduate or GED and/or three years related experience and/or
training. Will consider combination of education and experience.
Residential housing code knowledge desired. Must have a valid drivers
license.

Bus Driver Substitute: Starting pay is $8.50 per hour with no
benefits.
Responsibilities:
Provide transportation for Head Start. Duties include
driving, washing, and general maintenance of school bus.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED.
CDL Driver's License with "P" and "S" endorsements. Experience in
operating buses and transporting passengers.

Early Head Start Teacher

Location: Americus, Sumter County Head
Start Child Development Center
Starting Annual Salary Range: $19,055 - $30,414 plus benefits
Work Schedule:
M-F, 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
Plan activities designed to promote social, physical, and
intellectual growth in infants and toddlers. Conduct home visits and
prepare reports, forms, and documents.
Education/Experience:
Associate degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education preferred.
May consider other education or experience.
