Community Services Manager (Grady County)

  • Starting Salary Starting salary will be based on education and experience, among other factors. The position offers excellent benefits including health insurance.
  • Responsibilities The work schedule will be 32-40 hours per week depending on program activity. Responsible for the overall operation of the physical center, all program activities, and center personnel. Provides intake, case management, and client services to assist individuals in achieving financial self-sufficiency. Must be able to network in the Grady County community as well as know how to mobilize resources to provide high quality services and programming to low-income families. Examples include youth programs, financial literacy training, case management services, parenting classes, etc.
  • Requirements Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred; or one year or more related experience; or equivalent combination. High School Diploma or GED required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be well-organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate positively and compassionately with clients. Must be proficient in use of computer. Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
