  • Responsibilities Responsible for overall operation of the Agency’s network of Neighborhood Service Centers (NSCs) and implementing, coordinating, and managing community initiatives provided through NSCs. Fosters development of community partnerships and utilization of community resources and is responsible for staff development at the NSCs. Responsible for managing 3-20 subordinate employees at the NSC field offices. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an appropriately accredited four-year college or university; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
