Homeless Prevention & Re-housing Services are Available

Are you at threat of being evicted?
Have you been evicted and have no resources to obtain housing?
Are you living on the street or in your car?
Do you have or will have the means to continue rent and utility payments after obtaining housing?

 

If you are homeless or at risk of being homeless, please contact your local Neighborhood Service Center to see if you are eligible for assistance.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:
• Income must be below 30% of Average Median Income (AMI) for your county for homeless prevention services or 50% AMI for rapid re-housing services
• Must be homeless or at risk of being homeless/must verify housing status
• Must participate in case management/case plan for at least 90 days
• Must have or will have the means to continue rent and utility payments after Agency assistance is provided

The Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing service is funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
